Return and Refund Policy
At OSLO, we are committed to offering premium quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90 day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. After this period, orders are automatically processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.
2. Returns and Refunds
You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return, provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged.
For returns without a valid reason or outside the 90 day return period, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order amount may apply.
We do not accept returns on products showing signs of use, wear, or improper handling.
Once the returned package is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection before the refund is approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 40 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
3. Damaged Products Upon Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing
info@hellomyoslo.com with clear photos of the damage.
If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or external factors is not covered.
Packages damaged during transit, such as dented or crushed boxes, are not eligible for return if the product inside is intact and undamaged.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 5 to 5 business days.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, OSLO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
In the event of delay, loss, or theft of a package, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly. OSLO is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipment.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. OSLO is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address due to customer error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Confirmation
If tracking information shows that a package has been marked as delivered but the customer claims not to have received it, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
OSLO is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. In the event of a dispute, we will assist by providing relevant shipping information, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
5. Product Use Related Issues
We recommend that customers follow all product care and usage instructions. OSLO is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or incorrect maintenance.

6. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we verify billing and shipping information to ensure it matches the payment details provided.
In cases of suspected fraud, OSLO reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and contact the customer for additional verification.
